Khushisstudio specializes in handmade items including our signature Handmade Crochet Chick With Flower, bags, baby items, and accessories. Each item is lovingly handcrafted, which means slight variations in color, size, and design may occur. These variations are part of the charm of handmade products and are not considered defects.

All orders require full advanced payment before production begins. This policy ensures that your custom items are reserved and crafted specifically for you. Payment confirms your commitment to the order and allows us to purchase materials and allocate time for your handmade items.

Production time for handmade items typically ranges from 1-2 weeks, depending on the complexity and current order volume. We will provide you with an estimated completion date when you place your order. Please note that these are estimates and may vary due to the handmade nature of our products.

We welcome custom orders and modifications to our existing designs. Custom orders may require additional time and may be subject to different pricing. All custom orders must be discussed and agreed upon before payment. Once production begins on custom items, they cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of payment if production has not yet begun. Once materials have been purchased or production has started, orders cannot be cancelled. Please contact us immediately at 03046511642 or tasty2full@gmail.com if you need to discuss cancellation.

Due to the handmade and often customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if you receive a damaged item or if there is a significant quality issue, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos, and we will work to resolve the issue.

We currently offer local and national shipping. Delivery times vary based on your location and will be communicated at the time of order. While we package items carefully, we are not responsible for damages that occur during shipping. Insurance options may be available upon request.

We take pride in the quality of our handmade items. Each piece is carefully inspected before shipping. If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect (not normal handmade variations), please contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right.

All designs, patterns, and images of Khushisstudio products are the intellectual property of Khushisstudio. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our designs without express written permission. Purchased items are for personal use only unless otherwise agreed.

By purchasing from Khushisstudio, you agree that we may photograph your completed order for marketing purposes, including posting on social media and our website. If you prefer your order not to be photographed or shared, please inform us at the time of ordering.

Khushisstudio will not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your order. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

These terms of service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
